Decimating the FBI, the CIA, all our intelligence capabilities ... and then infuriating the entire Arab world. This is a recipe for both disaster and another terrorist attack, and we won't be prepared to either prevent or deal with it.
Not only is Trump calling home all USAID workers from around the world and basically ending it, which decimates our intelligence gathering capabilities, he is offering buyouts to all CIA employees and trying to end the CIA, except to help him go after the cartels. Putin cannot believe his luck.
