The problem with "liberal socialism" isn't one of principle but a serious one in practice: we must spend all of our time undoing centuries of false conceptions of liberty when we should be building support for egalitarian values that extend beyond mere liberty and provide the basis for real liberty.

It was fantastic to see reps from 24 orgs meet to discuss the future of Canada’s Key Biodiversity Areas.
The group discussed how to bring more awareness to these important areas, and ways to strengthen KBAs as a tool to support work by Indigenous communities & rightsholders.
