BREAKING: After we sued, DHS withdrew a subpoena seeking personal information about our client who criticized DHS' treatment of a man seeking asylum.

This is a win not just for our client, but for everyone’s First Amendment right to speak out without fear of government retaliation.

Starbucks has scrapped a $250,000 limit on its CEO's use of the company jet for personal travel.

CEO Brian Niccol uses the jet to commute from his house California to corporate HQ in Seattle.

They have not stopped terrorizing my community. There is no "draw down" of their activities. They are occupiers.

ICE must be abolished. DHS must be abolished. And if Democratic leadership in this state and in this country will not do it, we will do it ourselves.

We have 100 days to reach voters all around Georgia ahead of the primary on May 19th.
This year is a once in a generation election cycle. We can not only flip our state, but also build the kind of governing coalition that puts us first.
But, we can only do it together.

If this is our government's position, then why not release ALL THE FILES?

There is an overwhelming amount of evidence being ignored here, including affidavits signed as sworn testimony under oath by the victims and pictures not yet released.

When are we going to start believing the victims?

A state senate district in Texas swung almost +30 points and flipped blue last week.
We only need to do HALF of that to elect Lemario Brown to the Georgia Senate.
If you live in Senate District 18 early voting starts tomorrow 2/9 and runs through Friday 2/13.
