In the south the same Christians that want the Ten Commandments in schools are the same ones that don’t want poor kids to have a free lunch program. I’m not a believer but I wonder which Jesus would endorse. A poster or free food?

People need to read Sinclair Lewis’ “It Can’t Happen Here”
Lewis gets a bit forgotten today but he is the most prescient author (imho) regarding the future. This was published in 1935 but could have been written yesterday.

Remember, even if the ACA survives, the decision to classify contraception as a preventive service (and thus not subject to copays, deductibles, etc) is ultimately a regulatory determination by HHS that could be reversed in the next administration.
PSA: If you’ve been considering an IUD or implant for contraception, or if you’ve got one in place that’s close to the end of its lifespan, now is a good time to get one (or get yours replaced).
A repeal of the ACA could mean a significant increase in the price of these methods.
