Brit should’ve been suspended over her behavior, but Kenya…. Yeah. That was nasty. Both should’ve had to sit there rest of the season out. #rhoa

Sometimes I slightly regret deleting my Twitter, then I see stuff like this and come back to my right mind lol
An example of what you regularly see dominating Twitter these days:

At the ER with my homegirl who is a doctor and has some heart stuff going on. It doesn’t even matter if you’re a doctor, they don’t listen to Black people.

I’ll forever have beef with reserved parking spots for church staff. The most convenient spaces should be for guests and those who aren’t able bodied.

Decided that my 40th bday celebration will be on my 1/2 bday October 12 instead of my real bday April 12th. This is my compromise since my people are annoyed that I prefer solo bdays 😅

I like being on my own island. The problem is people like being on it too. This is how I end up in leadership positions every time. 🤣

This vote was to start the process of the cuts. It WILL come back for a final vote.

There are some chances to slow or potentially stop it. Need constant pressure on GOP

Focus on GOP swing seats & key committees. Energy & Commerce is where the Medicaid fight will go down. Ways&Means for tax fight.

Please explain what just happened. Is there no way to stop this w the reconciliation to be used by GOP to get around the filibuster? Are we sunk?

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.

Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.

Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

4 minutes late to the new members class at church and one of the mothers was waiting for me at the door. I felt that silent judgement as I thanked her for waiting.

Yep. My best friend and another really close friend just moved back to Portland. One from Florida and the other from Dallas. We’re preparing for another great migration out West (it’s already started).
People are fleeing Florida and Texas. As of Jan. 2025, those states collectively accounted for over 30% of ALL homes for sale in the US. Florida had 157,221 active listings—the highest in the country—followed by Texas with 102,552.

Repressive state governments and rising insurance are to blame.

Seriously, creative folks: Don't be afraid to let people know your stuff is out there for them, or worry that "now is not the time for that." People are stressed and freaked out and looking for the things that will give them a moment of rest and joy. It is EXACTLY the time for what we do. Tell them.

I still lug around my iMac box from 2019. It’s literally sitting in my hallway. Ill throw it away when I get my new Mac later this year 😅

Dating at 39 with no kids is funny. Men around my age are either childless, fathers, or even grandfathers if they had babies at a young age. I’m at that space where I have baby fever but also am good with just being a Super auntie and God Mommy. It just depends l
