Doing technical #translation and revision today, and amazed at how many expressions from texts I saw a decade ago are floating to the top of my mind, usually because of mistakes I made that were corrected, which is a great way to learn.

My takeaway from half a day’s editing is that i.e. and e.g. are too confusing for even the smartest writers and should therefore be avoided.
