They're highlighting "negative messaging" and "disinformation about the Cass report" as a risk while sending NHS professionals to the US Christian right backed SEGM conference.
And at the same time they don't consider negative outcomes of the research on young people as a possible risk.

I have finally completed and submitted the EHRC Consultation. I would thoroughly recommend those of you who intend to do similar (and I recommend all of you do - so we have a stronger voice) do not leave it until the last minute to do so as you need to be cross referencing with the supplied notes.

I read the whole report on youth gender medicine out of Utah and found so much more there than the headline, which is that a report commissioned to look into the evidence on youth gender medicine found hormone therapy and puberty blockers are safe and effective.
The Utah Report shows exactly what the people commissioning it didn’t want to see, that gender affirming care works.

A brave and pointed protest by our Scottish sisters. I hope none of them were arrested for indecent exposure in a public place as that would have made a complete mockery of the court's ruling showing just how stupid it really was.
