That said...this man was HEATED about ICE. He's followed it closely, knew all about a couple of the incidents here in Charlotte and from around the country. Mega-pissed about how they cover their faces and don't identify themselves. This stuff is really resonating with people.

Equal-weight S&P 500 +3.4%

There's been a huge rotation into all sorts of themes as $NVDA has started lagging, the question is whether there's fundamentals behind the outperformance in "the 493" or if it's mostly mechanical flows out of a $4-5 trillion heavyweight.

It's one of the first things the Ukrainians wanted (because of how long it would take) and Biden and co. rebuffed it because mwah escalation
I think one of the biggest mistakes we (the west) made was not spinning up Ukraine on tacair sooner.

After nearly 4 years of war, they would absolutely have a very capable conventional air capability if we devoted the energy early on.

My lesson learned: go big early in defense of Democracy.

In some ways this is a useful reminder that a lot of the talk of European security guarantees to Ukraine have the whole thing backwards. For more than three years Ukraine has been guaranteeing European security by fighting and degrading the Russian armed forces.

How long Britain could really fight for if war broke out tomorrow
In the event of a war, one expert suggests the British Army could be incapable of fighting effectively on land within weeks, once committed - though 'much depends on the form of the conflict'.

You've been hit by a car and you're fading in and out. You ask the EMTs to price the ambulance ride. You get to the ER and tell the docs you'll need a price on each service before it's done. You get cancer so it's time to put treament out to competitive bid. I can keep going...
Roger Marshall: "We want patients to become consumers again. We want patients to see what the actual prices are. We believe that if we would add the price tags to this bill, that it would save the country a trillion dollars a year."
