Is there any reason Democrats with GOP senators shouldn't start calling them to demand they blow up the filibuster to re-open the government?

End the filibuster to reopen the government and deny healthcare subsidies to 10s of millions of Americans, GOP.

As long as there is an option to redevelop or not build the parking in the first place, this is great.

But if South Korea has parking mandates, this is greenwashing.
Meanwhile, in South Korea: "Starting at the end of November, public parking lots with more than 80 spaces will be required to install solar power generation facilities. This obligation applies not only to newly constructed parking lots but also to existing ones."
