Nearly every local conversation or ST member I've met (and I've presented at three national gatherings etc) has been great. They're pretty much all earnest and caring folks trying to make their community better.

I’d love to see a map of where this actually applies then.
That one could imagine some planned developments like Culdesac where the “road access” was more like a public Plaza in between some point access buildings

I’d argue your bias here is that you are a tech person, so you might have noticed their support or learned about it from them, but I personally learned about the first YIMBY conference from a local tenant union organizer.

I get what you’re aiming at here Anil, and I think it’s a fair question to ask about the association/appropriation of Bay Area tech fascists with some of this movement, but YIMBY is a lot more than the bay, and none of these folks are comrades in arms, let alone the “earliest and loudest proponents”
