After being impacted by nearly 50 years of construction, City Heights residents pushed for a comprehensive, 8-block cover over Route 15. While the full vision is yet to be realized, they've made major gains with lasting legacies along the way. More here arcg.is/WKSbb0

Daniel Hess was one of Donald Shoup's graduate students in the 1990s. More than 20 years later, Hess had the opportunity to work with his former mentor on one of his final publications.
