Cities and states should give teams $0 for a stadium. If stadiums made money the owners would pay for them. They don’t.
a significant amount of revenue for nfl teams has nothing to do with the stadium site. they all share revenue from a massive ($111b) broadcast deal. they even share a third of gate revenue itself. why would we, as a city, give a team literally ANYTHING. we don't have to. they take care of their own.
