She’s right, you know. Proper shoes and good stretching make it all possible. This age 50+ body can attest after running 37 half marathons and all of associated training totaling 5,400 miles.
Lol sorry I blathered on a little bit but I'm absolutely convinced that many of people who complain they can't run because of their knees etc. are wearing the wrong shoes (or old shoes). And many of the rest aren't properly stretching afterwards and/or don't back off when they should.
