This is exactly right and it’s creating false and dangerous narratives putting many people at risk.
One thing that at once blows my mind and also makes me angry is how many journalists fail at their jobs of educating the public. It took Jose Antonio Vargas more then TWENTY FIVE YEARS to get his papers. There IS NO "LINE." And journalists reporting on immigration do not understand the problem.
