Admittedly she only took 17 last season (37 so far this season NOT counting today), but that's a heck of an improvement.

Only a very specific baking audience is going to care about this but apparently the company that makes Silpat has abruptly shut down. I’m personally buying up ones I can find from secondary retailers cause these things are irreplaceable. I’m bummed.
