What’s astounding about this is that Schumer seems to want to set an absurdly high standard for crisis so that he doesn’t have to engage in real conflict with Trump - except the standard he’s set is also one Trump seems likely to meet in the near future, and Schumer has no plan for what to do then
WATCH: Schumer says "our democracy will be at stake" if Trump disobeys the Supreme Court—but "we're not there yet."

Gotta be honest, it’s pretty refreshing to see that most Republicans still have their heads screwed on straight about Putin. I wasn’t sure they’d still be there after *waves hands* all this.
I was curious how Trump and Biden stacked up against, well, everyone in the eyes of Americans. So YouGov did a poll.

… [ICE official] argued that "the lack of specific information about each individual actually highlights the risk they pose" and "demonstrates that they are terrorists with regard to whom we lack a complete profile."

You’ve got to be joking.

It's really refreshing to see someone in a position of authority be tethered to reality.
Boasberg says "so when I said directly turn the plane around, you read it because my written order was pithier, this could be disregarded? That's a heck of a stretch."

DOJ then basically says that's what they're arguing, then pivots to the international waters argument.

LFG: "The revamp — due later this year — will fundamentally change the look of the operating systems ... That includes updating the style of icons, menus, apps, windows and system buttons ... The design is loosely based on the Vision Pro’s software, they said."

This is a pedantic point but I am just annoyed that we've let Elon work "DOGE" into our collective vocabulary. As a word, not an acronym. Not the Efficiency Department, Not the D.O.G.E., fucking DOGE. For his goddamn ambitions as a memelord. Good grief. Happy Monday.
