We will always stand up for due process. That's why we are challenging the Trump administration’s expansion of the “expedited removal” policy, which would allow them to deport people without due process anywhere in the country. This is absolutely unacceptable.

From the beginning, we made clear that the military should not be policing American citizens on American soil.

Normalizing the use of military troops for domestic law enforcement sets a dangerous precedent.

The Court's preliminary injunction has been stayed for 21 days to give defendants the opportunity to appeal.

It is long past time to let the National Guard go home to their everyday lives, regular jobs, and families.

And it is long past time for the involuntary military occupation of DC to end.
