I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money.

Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.

Spoke with an anon source who had an interesting insight into Visa policy. Per a convo with their bank on the Steam/itchio situation today, Visa put new restrictions into place due to a new "government policy." The exact phrase used by Visa. No specific country was listed as the source of the policy

Does a HP fanfic, one where Rowling doesn’t get any money from its sale, buoy the IP and help to keep it alive even as its author descends into mouldy madness? I would argue yes. With Soto’s book, and the other two Dramione fanfics released by publishers this year, the connection to the source material has been crucial in their marketing. The authors talk about being fanfic writers in interviews. The cover art for one book is practically Tom Felton fanart. HP fans are helping to promote the book online through their enthusiasm for the fics. Emma Watson and Felton’s images have been used widely in such fan promos. Make no mistake: Julie Soto, her publisher, and the industry at large want you to know that HP is alive and well, and you can get a saucy new take on your favourite racist and his bullying victim through these books.

The helmet has a base gray color with black and yellow striping, and two stylized images of a wolf’s head on either side of the front. Eagle-eyed viewers will recognize this wolf design as the sigil of the Wolf Pack, a clone military unit from The Clone Wars, led by Commander Wolffe. All of it a callback to LFL producer Dave Filoni, who worked on both The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian, playing New Republic X-Wing pilot Captain Trapper Wolf in the latter series. Dave Filoni loves wolves. Obviously.

A page of sketches of Commander Cody, Commander Wolffe, and Commander Fox. The simple sun pattern on Cody's armor has been replaced with a more elaborate sun pattern that also appears on his helmet, pauldron, and vambrace. He also wears a grey kama, with an additional panel in the front. There are two orange ribbons flowing from underneath the kama. Two orange belts criss-cross the front of the kama and hold a few orange satchels on his sides. The corners of the kama have the same sun pattern as his armor. Cody stands relaxed, a DC-15a rifle in one hand and his helmet in the other, with a smile on his face. Next to him is a sketch of the back of his kama, with the same sun pattern on the back split across the two pieces of his kama. Wolffe wears the same armor, but he also wears a heavy fur hood and his armor is lined with fur. Fox wears the same armor as well, with an arctic fox shrug, single shoulder cape the same color as his kama, and tassels holding the shrug in place.
