The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

UPDATE: After seeing this video, I informed ICE of my intent to visit the Baltimore facility today. I was told I would be denied entry.
It’s clear Trump's ICE would rather engage in a cover up. I will not stop pressing until we get answers. We need transparency & accountability.

The problem with any "deal" Schumer orchestrates centered around imposition of new "rules" for ICE is that the problem currently isn't the absence of rules (see, U.S. Const), it's the absence of enforcement of said rules.

This is exactly why I’ve been demanding a tour of ICE’s Baltimore facility since December. I intend to personally inspect the conditions and how people are being treated there. We will not stop pushing for accountability and answers until the truth is fully exposed and nothing is hidden.
