I can see how "was blown to pieces" could be a problem

it still is ridiculous we're living through a live experiment of "what if we put all the journalists on a website more toxic than 4chan and see if they notice (they never notice)" and the results are what you'd expect

the NHS cut all their trans services a while back thinking that it'd stop people transitioning forever but all it's done is driven us to the grey market WITHOUT the benefit of being able to actually do it with the guidance of a doctor. I'm free-flying here

the BBC dont talk about trans people as an enemy to be defeated as much as they talk about us as an enemy that *HAS* been defeated: they talk about us in the past tense. we are a historical scandal that has been stomped out and now needs inquiries. it is incredibly creepy

I posted some thoughts about "boredom" last night in fact,
I sometimes think people have forgotten about boredom. they'll say "I'm doomscrolling" they'll say "I feel empty" they'll say "I feel sick in a way I can't describe". but sometimes what the problem is is that you're bored.
