actually, trump being involved in chucking a baby into the sea was two weeks ago
What does Trump have to do to convince Republicans to turn against him, chuck a baby into an active volcano

People are going to try and lure you into debates about whether Maduro was a good guy or not and the thing is, it doesn’t matter for the purposes of discussing whether violent kidnappings and extrajudicial murders by the US government are ok. No, they aren’t! End of convo.

on track to be an all-timer called shot
I predict 2026 will be the stupidest year in US history. Not stupidest thus far. Like after this year there will never be a year this stupid again.

The world must boycott the World Cup and the Olympics.

It is both the only moral choice and will actually get the attention of these dead-eyed clout demons.

the USA is being run by people who have committed the grave error of assuming The Website represents popular opinion
Them turning Twitter into their echo chamber definitely damaged their ability to gauge popular sentiment

when anyone asks me if anything interesting happened while they were out I always say "trump died" so it's going to be difficult to say it if that actually happens for real

the AI CEOs are to me like if you invented dark magic and then just kind of seeded it freely among the peasants at a point in time where theyre all prepared to murder eachother

for too long the news media has been dominated by experts and academics, instead of a court of lunatic freaks who don't know ass from dick about anything. this will finally change

Having trouble articulating this, but I find something off even in articles critical of LLMs' role in suicides, like that NYT one. It's in the way they speciously ascribe agency to them ("ChatGPT recommended," "ChatGPT confirmed," etc.) in ways that ultimately legitimize the industry's own fictions.

this happened on at least one art course I was on when I was expected to scroll google and compile "inspiration" and had to cite it as part of my project writeup and I hated it. a lot of stuff people produced was straight rip offs. I've known about this kind of artist for years
"now artists don't have to scroll google for hours"

What do you think is happening? Do you think artists just type key words into google image search and scroll for hours until they find something to cut and paste? How do you think that works?

These are not rhetorical questions. I'd love to know.
