Most people don't understand that the science behind COVID didn't change, even after politicians lied & said "COVID is over"

It's STILL airborne

It STILL causes death & disability (LongCOVID)

Asymptomatic & presymptomatic transmission is STILL possible

The #H5N1 #birdflu virus from a severe case in Louisiana shows it was developing mutations that could help it attach to cells in human respiratory tracts, including a mutation seen in a recent severe case in British Columbia, Canada, the #CDC reported today. www.statnews.com/2024/12/26/c...
CDC says H5N1 bird flu sample shows mutations that may help the virus bind to cells in the upper airways of people

New research shows COVID-19 may have long-term effects on young adults' cognitive performance and brain activity.

A study of university students found 40% reported brain fog, with measurable changes in prefrontal brain function resembling patterns seen in older adults.

A reminder that the pandemic is current, not over. A reminder that vaccines are to reduce the acute phase symptoms, and do not have much impact on transmission or organ damage.

Not past tense. Current tense.

People would much rather believe the gov’t & mainstream media propaganda than believe the ONE organization who has the authority & scientific knowledge to speak on pandemics

Here’s the truth they don’t want you to hear: The WHO acknowledged the ongoing COVID pandemic in a briefing on Dec 10th, 2024

A few uncomfortable truths:

COVID is MORE “common” than the “common cold”

It circulates MORE than the flu, even during “flu season”

There’s no “COVID season” as COVID is present all year round

These are facts that ppl find hard to accept as it would mean they need to wear a mask in public spaces
