Senate Republicans would rather you didn’t find out they just voted to give the biggest banks billions in profits from overdraft fees that kick working people when they’re down. Disgraceful.

Meanwhile, every Senate Democrat voted against it.

Concise and accurate.
Donald Trump keeps illegally acting out Republican fever dreams that no one (but the rabid GOP base) wants, and even their children will regret. Yet much of the press keeps playing along, acting as if the 14-17th most impressive presidential victory since World War II has voided the Constitution.
The Trump regime had a 54-year (and a 76-day) head start
The threat to our democracy is here. We must catch up while we still can.

Holy shit. Republican Harriet Hagemen got torn apart at a town hall in Wyoming last night. In a state that voted for Trump by 46 points.

She tried defending DOGE and it went as well as you’d imagine.

“Deport Elon, Deport Elon!”

Watch to the end…

Ahead of Germany’s election, with anti-immigrant sentiment rising, they released viral videos showing life without immigrants.

As far as I can tell, the author is not even on Bluesky, so they've just fantasized what must be happening here.

The most terrifying thing about living through right now is the fact that I can’t “just get a job”. Plenty of folks who are disabled have the same issue. And with anti-DEI targeting disability access as well, competing with more able bodied seniors for jobs we could do will be impossible for many.

How embarrassing not only to believe this but to articulate it publicly as part of your job to opine on the world.
Utterly unconscionable – though hardly surprising – for the New York Times to print such vile fabrications, completely untethered from empirical reality, and to keep platforming a man who would spread such extremist propaganda as one of their most prominent columnists.
