I keep seeing authors say everyone hates their own writing/book at some point and honestly I’ve reached that point. But I think it’s also fear that something I let consume so much of my time wasn’t worth it. Don’t ask me to define that because I have no idea. My audhd brain is just letting me down.

I’ve set a self-imposed deadline to self publish my first contemporary romance novel by October 1st. I have a completed manuscript that’s in the editing phase. I have room for one more beta reader for anyone who’s an avid spicy romance reader. DMs are open.🌶️😘

I’m not good at self-promotion but one of the reasons I haven’t been around here much is that I’ve been #writing… like a lot.

I love my kids but other ppls kids generally stress me out. And then I feel like a shit parent for always saying no when they ask to have friends over so then I give in and say yes and then I’m literally watching the clock until they leave. Am I the only one? Am I a bad person? Asking for me.

They commit crimes in broad daylight and judges go "gee, but holding them accountable could get someone hurt" and let them continue ransacking a building they have no legal purview over. God fucking dammit.
Wow. Judge Howell is worried that if she orders DOGE to leave the USIP building it could turn into an “armed standoff” over unwillingness to vacate, and points out law enforcement has shown willingness to help DOGE. Asks if we’ll need foreign mediators to come in.
