This year’s data tells us that last year’s data was wrong —

Last year The Met claimed a 27% reduction in their use of s136 MHA - this year, they revised the numbers and ALL of that reduction disappeared.

It's not the fault of the Home Office new 136 data begs questions about practice, recording inaccuracy and revision of last year's data.

It's resistant to simple-explanation of what's going on so I hope no-one tries.

What is the reason to stop reporting foot patrol visibility figures? Odd, considering this comes as new Neighbourhood Policing strategy has been rolled out

Federal immigration cops are using "wellness checks" on minors as a ruse to get into homes and arrest people for alleged immigration violations. In this case, an alleged check on a 17-year-old let them arrest his 22-year-old brother, who was brought here at 11 and has protected status.
