Indicting your political enemies because they’re your enemies, not because they’ve committed crimes, is unAmerican.

Can you just imagine President Obama sending out ice thugs to American cities when he was in office?

Charlie Kirk is nothing more than something truly America. Gun violence. Just like my daughter and so many others. He is not a martyr or more.

This grotesque display for him today is an insult and worse to every victim of gun violence and their families.

Today the Oversight Committee sat down with Alex Acosta. What we heard only confirmed what we already knew: he cut a sweetheart deal for Epstein, silenced victims, and let a predator walk free.

If MAGA is making the argument Kimmel deserves to be fired for saying something incorrect and thus violating FCC guidelines, well then, so be it.

You also have to cancel Watters, Gutfeld, and Ingraham, who all said without evidence that Kirk's killer was the far left and incited a lot of hate.

You’re lying, JD Vance. Stop using tragedy to stoke divisions between Americans so you can grab more power.
Vance: "While our side of the aisle certainly has its crazies, it is a statistical fact that most of the lunatics in American politics today are proud members of the far-Left."

Assassinating Charlie Kirk was wrong. So was the assassination of lawmaker Mellisa Horton. And the attempted assassination of Paul Pelosi. And Josh Shapiro. And Megan Whitmer. EVERY American deserves a president willing to say the same.

Justice Breyer was right to come to Judge Young’s defense; Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were wrong to impugn Judge Young’s integrity or his fidelity to Supreme Court precedent. They were badly out of line.

I love how Karoline Leavitt said Trump was for protecting police officers when we ALL saw him ignore police officers being beaten by his supporters on Jan 6!! Sickening

A brazen new form of corrupt giveaway by Trump’s DOJ: Bondi’s decision to cave in to meritless big money lawsuits by criminals pursued by the Biden administration will transfer $100M or more from us as taxpayers to those who tried to overthrow the U.S. Constitution. Ugh

Opinion | Proud Boys’ lawsuit is legally unsound — but DOJ will likely just surrender
The Justice Department already settled in the Ashli Babbitt case, signaling it won't fight back against legally unsound MAGA lawsuits.

Trump’s comments undermined previous statements by his top aides and were a blunt sign of his administration’s intention to double down and defy the courts.

No Supreme Court can permit such blatant defiance to go unanswered.

Your move, Mr. Chief Justice.

DOOCY: Deporting American citizens to Central American prisons -- is it legal?

LEAVITT: Well, it's another question that the president has raised. It's a legal question that the president is looking into.

Is this administration so weak that Donald Trump and JD Vance can’t ask El Salvador to return someone they deported in error & have confidence El Salvador will honor their request? That would be a shocking fall in status for the United States.

Firing a DOJ lawyer for admitting a government error when the lawyer’s duty to the court requires exactly that admission is about as wrong as anything can be.

Only in the lawless, topsy-turvy world of Trump and Vance is such absurdity imaginable.
