For those who still drop into TwitterX. I am just gobsmacked how utterly emboldened and enabled the Nazis are. Literally thousands of posts minimising or outright praising Hitler and Nazis and blatant antisemitism and white supremacy. It’s really disturbing.

Claims it is now the number 1 source of news dog help us if thats true. Sadly mainstream journalism is a shadow of its former self yet still has more journalistic ethics in it’s metaphorical little finger than all of Twatter. Its an unfiltered sewer that actively prioritises mis and dis information.

When people say Blue Sky is a Liberal echo chamber they are to a degree right at the moment. But as it gains ground there will be more with different views. Pre Musk I had some great respectful informative debates with conservatives and others on Twitter, solid moderation is key.

Yep, In all the years I have been on Twitter I have had thousands of arguments, but I can count in one hand the number of times I managed to change someones mind.

I have often said that we let unionism go a our peril. I have strongly encouraged my adult kids to join their unions. Unfortunately some unions have been their own worst enemies. But if you have a union, join it, if you don’t like what they are doing get active and change it.
