Additionally, OpenAI argues its not liable because Raine, by using ChatGPT for self-harm, broke its terms of service

When Republicans go on about theoretical Democrats wanting to make Puerto Rico a state or wanting to relax immigration laws in order to win more seats, I think it is worth asking, "what would be the problem with that even if it were true?". Why can't Republicans just build a more appealing platform?

We keep seeing startups who want to replace something valuable (therapy, counseling, tutoring, artistic expression) with some tech bullshit under the banner of democratization. But why do we need to invest so much in bad tech that doesn't work instead of just giving people access to what they need?
