This piece started out with me testing a different way of shading that would be faster, and more efficient. From there it became more of a chance to experiment with the different layer types, as well as color and lighting in general. I really loved how this turned out!

I worked on this piece during the final few weeks working at a job where transphobic and racist behavior was normalized. I had artwork that I made torn down and thrown away. Working on this piece during those weeks along with my partner's reassurance and love gave me a sense of calm #pride
