2024 started strong for me but things tapered off. I do believe part of it is a me thing, but I recognize that I have obstacles still to work through, mainly space, time and location/money issues.
I managed to get many of the tools I wanted so I can work on my own things. But it's been rough

I'd really like a couple of custom markers to decorate the map in Fall of Avalon. I want to note the spawn points of certain things so I can go straight to the groups and get whatever I'm looking for/train skills on them.

Fall of Avalon's leveling follows Skyrim almost exactly. Meaning you have to pick between raising hp/stam/magic. But the way the attribute describes it, makes it seem like you'd be earning something like +8 per level, but that's only if you tick the attribute point.

It's funny how after that Argath fight to close out act one I have an easier time on the map with my team that I'm building. But there's still a couple more job classes to unlock. That desert location is a great training spot.

As I always say when some right-winger starts going on about "red tape that slows innovation", every regulation on the books represents a lesson we as a society learned the hard way, and then encoded so we wouldn't forget. It's someone's blood & pain.

It's tempting to think white rural US voted solely on racism/ misogyny. That's a terrible oversimplification. They voted for populism. Bc Americans want populism and Tr*mp is a faux populist while Dems represent "the swamp" and "elites" to much of this country. That lie is catching up to Tr*mp.

Avalon def has a harsh progression curve early on. Its perk system is good, but item requirements for many things you find early on require somewhat high and strict conditions. And leveling a stat alone doesn't help as much as activating a perk does.
