CDC Public Health Service physicians are being deployed to migrant detention centers. We know you face a difficult choice: go in an attempt to provide medical care or refuse to participate. If you go, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. We need proof of human rights violations perpetrated by this administration.

Please don’t presume this is now an American president making a serious decision for the good of America, not a malignant despot desperate to be seen as a strong man.

I was briefed on the intelligence last week.

Iran posed no imminent threat of attack to the United States. Iran was not close to building a deliverable nuclear weapon. The negotiations Israel scuttled with their strikes held the potential for success.

@replamonica.bsky.social: “If they can treat three members of Congress like that, just imagine how they treat people on the street every day.”

That's right: If they would rather ARREST THE MAYOR OF NEWARK than allow him to see the conditions of those detained, what does that tell us?

SHAME.
New Jersey Mayor Ras Baraka arrested at ICE facility
The Democrat, who is also running for governor, was involved in a scrum with three members of Congress seeking a tour of Delaney Hall.

The Library of Congress is a research library.

You have to be 16 to access it.

Leavitt is lying.
Reporter: The president fired the Librarian of Congress. Why?

Leavitt: There were quite concerning things she had done at the Library of Congress in the pursuit of DEI and putting inappropriate books in the library for children.

Every Democrat Who Voted to Confirm Marco Rubio Should Apologize
Chris Murphy is right when he says making Rubio the secretary of state was “a mistake.” A very serious mistake.

Sen. Jon Ossoff has signaled support for impeaching Trump.

On Trump's meme coin last week: “When the sitting president of the United States is selling access for what are effectively payments directly to him, there is no question that that rises to the level of an impeachable offense."

BREAKING: Police just surrounded Rev. William Barber, prominent activist and pastor, as he and others prayed in the U.S. Capitol Rontunda.

Police then expelled everyone (including press!) from the Rotunda to (presumably) arrest them.

I've covered protests here a lot. Never seen anything like it.

Make no mistake. That Guantanamo memo CBS recently reported on is a blueprint to torture migrants without ever having to directly, explicitly approve torture. Here’s why.

If you haven't been to Gitmo, you might not recognize the implications of a brief reference in a recently revealed Pentagon/Homeland Security document
