I keep repeating this because it seems like a segment of the population feels like the United States Navy is actually Judge Dredd who has the authority to sumarily execute anyone they decide by themselves has broken the law, even if they're in international waters over 1000 miles from America.

I'm not even saying for 100% sure that it'll be a change for the better. I'm only about 95% sure of that, because how much worse could it get?
