Don't just say it's unconstitutional, remind people that the constitution is full of very good ideas designed to prevent authoritarianism, and most people who want to ignore it want that specifically because they are authoritarian.

Imagine kidnapping people off the street in broad daylight and thinking you're the "good guys". People who are at work, at their kids' school or otherwise minding their business. Imagine shooting people with rubber bullets because they want it to stop and thinking you're the "good guys". 🤔😑
