Contrary to popular belief, people with #chronicpain do not medicate to feel no pain. We medicate to get to a level of pain which we can tolerate.

in one day, I may feel every type of pain with my chronic conditions. Sharp stabbing pain, numbing pain, throbbing pain, aching pain, twisting gut wrenching pain. Do I show it? No I just move through my day, acting like my whole body isn't in fire with this pain.
