This site would actually be better if it had more voices from across the political spectrum, and efforts to push out right wing accounts are only entrenching Twitter/X's dominant position in the political discourse.

I am begging people to please seek out Autistic voices if you want to learn about autism. You will find that rather than wanting our lives to be prevented or cured, we want appropriate supports for ALL Autistic people (including those with intellectual disability and other co-occurring conditions).

I've said this before, but "vaccines cause autism" demonizes three groups at once: us autistics, implied to be broken & less-than; all the countless lives saved by vaccines; and all of us who trust in science itself. That belief already pulls off a hat trick of vileness without needing "help".
