Please play Drop Duchy. 🥹 It's my 10/10 game of 2025.
We dropped our pieces to build an accessibility duchy!

Drop Duchy is an insanely addictive roguelike twist on Tetris, featuring options perfect for cozy gamers — like a no-timer mode! It’s a refreshing take on a beloved classic that’s easy to fall in love with all over again. 🥹

A Tetris-style roguelite meets an adorably relaxing, no-pressure, no-timer experience in Drop Duchy, where you build your very own duchy!

me explaining to @armannobari.bsky.social my newest shitpost idea—
to be honest I've always found it kinda fun to end up being a little bit crappy at whatever I try to do... Takes a lot of pressure off, and I feel like everyone can tell when you're doing something just for the love of the game

Driving didn’t “naturally” become inevitable. We designed a society that make driving inevitable in most places. We can design something different

This was so much fun to do! I also never considered that if developers are aware their game can cause an epileptic seizure, they can go the extra step to make accessibility settings to minimise or remove them instead of a blanket warning. 💡

How many overworked teachers have been spending all of their time fighting off misinformation their students are learning from AI? Why do we want to bring more of that into classrooms?

I can't even articulate how ridiculous this game is as a perfect example of structural ableism influencing design decisions in games and the way disability is perceived by society.
Drag x Drive sure is... a game. It's hard to see why this game exists beyond trying to do something fancy with Joy-Con mouse controls. Fun may be informed by how you engage with the game's controls, but Drag x Drive is an inaccessible, limited, often painful experience. My review for @theverge.com
Drag x Drive is more drag than drive
Fun in the game is fleeting, obfuscated by unresponsive controls, a lack of accessibility, and real-world pain.

There's nothing like a warm meal with friends. 🥔🌿

In Tales of the Shire we invited our Hobbit friends to share some potato stew for second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper! And at every meal, we found accessibility right at the table!

I've known Steve for a number of years and he is genuinely one of the warmest people I know!

Dungeons & Disableds is an amazing way to bring disability representation to a beloved franchise, and Steve does a great job honouring the soul of DnD with chaos and humour! Definitely support it! 🤟
I need you to do me a favour.

I have a show called Dungeons & Disableds, a TTRPG Show with disabled players playing disabled characters and telling great stories.

If this appeals to you in the slightest, it would be so appreciated if you could subscribe to the show.
