You know it’s BAD when a government body almost immediately tries to drop contracts and distance themselves from an entity. Usually govt doesn’t care so much. The Quebec government is distancing itself from GardaWorld following its acceptance of the Alcatraz contract. 1/2

The International Red Cross proposed an immunity from attack for installations, including “nuclear power stations,” where the attack might endanger civilian populations. The IRC push on this issue eventually led to Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions.

In 2024 Honda got approximately $2.5 billion from the Federal government and another $2.5 billion from Ontario to build new plants here.
