Some humility from centrists who got this completely wrong would be nice. Like just very basic accountability and recognition that the left was right and they were not.

The ironic thing is that British foreign aid often acts to project soft power abroad in service of our imperialist foreign policy goals. Musk-brained Labourites are letting incompetence get in the way of their imperialism

Then today the aid minster saying - we act as a global charity.

It’s a mistake to go into the Greens thinking this guy is the next Jeremy Corbyn. You’re setting yourself up for disappointment.

The idea of accountability to a wider movement scares Labour MPs so much. This is the sort of patronising response you get for merely questioning a “pro-trans” Labour MP about their membership of a transphobic party.
I’ve repeatedly stood up for trans. I don’t expect any thanks. It’s called solidarity.
