Anyone using Link’s words should respect who he is as a person.

He never cared about what you needed money for and has always showed support for community.

Think about this when posting about Fund Friday and adding arbitrary conditions.
🧵 This Fund Friday I wanna talk about barriers to access and MA.

I am someone who believes that people should be fed, have access to clean water, people should have $ to live, be housed, have access to medical care for free, all just as basic rights.
This is why I made @mutualaidvoid.bsky.social

We spent a year investigating billionaires for @washingtonpost.com.

We found: the wealthiest 100 Americans gave $1.1 billion to influence the 2024 elections — 140x more than they did in 2000. And almost all of that giving boosted Republicans.

NEW: a contractor is paying random people $300 to physically track immigrants for ICE. They're given addresses, vehicles, told to monitor the target. That information then goes back up to ICE. These are not licensed private investigators; members of the public

Starbucks’ CEO makes 6,666x what the average @sbworkersunited.org barista does. That’s next-level corporate greed.

It’s time for Starbucks to get serious, finalize a fair contract for @sbworkersunited.org baristas and stop their union-busting.

One day longer, one day stronger!
It's DAY SIX of our national, open-ended ULP strike 🔥

Check out this incredible customer who immediately turned around and joined the picket line with us in Philly this morning to SHUT IT DOWN! THIS is what solidarity looks like. #NoContractNoCoffee

Kind of wild that while food assistance was withheld from millions of families, one Trump-supporting billionaire (Ellison) saw his net worth grow more this year than the entire SNAP budget. And the YTD gains of the other four richest men would’ve fully covered salaries for all 2M federal employees.

“If they want to eat they can get a job!”

48% of SNAP recipients work full time
38% are children

No one should starve because they’re unable to work, but the idea that SNAP is only for those who refuse to work is false.

It’s being pushed so you don’t care that those “useless eaters” starve

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

No matter how they voted last night, every one of them has a say in maintaining Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin as their caucus leaders. Every one of them is accountable here.
