It is surreal that the small Strathcona apartments pictured here can be both charming, beloved and deserving heritage protection, but also, new ones are banned.
We really should start breaking out the Flats industrial area from residential Strathcona when talking about tree canopy cover because it's completely absurd that one of the most verdant and lush areas of the city is portrayed as having no trees. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
