So, had my first appointment with the doctor today regarding my adhd. Of course I built it up in my head bigger than it needed to be and that she would decline referral. But no she just said pick your assessment provider and I'll sign off on it. Now I'm kicking myself for being a silly billy 🤦♂️😂🙄🤔
