Play Windswept! It's a love letter to SNES era platformers, especially DKC2, it's super charming, and it has a lot of optional challenge levels if you're looking for that. And now it's profitable!

Part of me feels like Dark Souls wouldn't have caught on if the first game had difficulty settings. It'd be "cheap", "pointless", etc.
Arcade games had a relatively granular difficulty option via credit feeding and it played a big part in them written off as "button mashers"/"quarter munchers".

I picked up an ergonomic "gaming" mouse recently (keychron m5, it doesn't brand itself as one but it has a lot of the performance features like light weight and high polling rate) and I've used vertical mice before but this thing glides and I'm not used to it lol
