Have to give respect to McLaren for hiring two drivers of the calibre of Norris and Piastri and letting them race. Not every team would do that. The constructors' championship may be all over bar the shouting but at least the drivers' title fight is still wide open.

So glad I'm not the only one noticing the APX GP parallels with Sauber's unexpected trajectory this year. 😄

I finally got round to watching "F1® The Movie" this week. Overall an enjoyable experience, but I have some mixed thoughts. Keeping it spoiler-free, I felt the second half fell into some predictable tropes and didn't live up to the potential set up by the much stronger first half

I watched Dreamworks' "Monsters vs. Aliens" at the movies when I was eight. Another one guilty of the very obvious made-for-3D moments. Most notably, that opening scene with the ping-pong ball hurling from the screen, which made for quite the jumpscare at the time.

Conversely, Ferrari seems to be thriving at the World Endurance Championship. Lovely to see! ❤️ I heard great things about this discipline and love the vibrant liveries + striking designs, but I’m unsure of how to get started with it.
