The last time the USWNT played Canada, we were driving back from Toronto, the highway was just down, the gps wasn’t working, and I had to navigate with just the map…while watching the game on the top corner of my phone as they played in a monsoon.

This June two of the biggest books being published (Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V.E. Schwab, Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid) are about queer female characters and are written by queer women. I think that's pretty amazing. There was a time not too long ago this was impossible.

Hilary Knight to Seattle…wow. I think her main focus next year will be on Olympics and she won’t have quite as good a club season as she did this past year.
