This is a great illustration of a change in infrastructure design that will save lives. The main costs being paint, street signs and traffic lights.
They call this a "bike boulevard" but what it actually is is a "Neighborhood Street." THIS is how you build streets through urban neighborhoods and we reclaim our cities from the harmful effects of cars.
