I don't know if anyone else gets anxious about phone calls but a little tip I've learned is: if there is a phone call that I don't want to make, before I start dialing the number, I carefully hold the phone in my hand & toss it gently into a lake. I hope this advice helps others.

They don't have any trouble pronouncing German words - Mercedes, Führer, blitzkrieg.
No problem speaking Chinese when they say "Gung Ho" thinking they're speaking American.
Fluent enough in French to know what a restaurant is.

I've given up telling people about the mask.
Now I look at them wide-eyed and say: "You know they've installed facial recognition cameras in here aye? Nobody's gonna get my identity!"
Sometimes I throw out a few furtive looks at the ceiling, other times I say it really quietly. It's bloody fun TBH
