I just rewatched The Matrix, and something just struck me. What would happen if you daydreamed while in the matrix? Is that how Neo and the others can defy the laws of physics? Are they just daydreaming so hard it expresses itself in the matrix's "reality"?

Back in the pre-Covid times I spent a couple of years embroidering this 55cm x 100cm tapestry for my niece's sixth birthday in 2018. I have no idea what this kind of embroidery is called in English (and the internet wasn't much help), but in Norwegian it's called klostersøm.
