I assume DNI Gabbard and CIA Director Ratcliffe were under oath when they testified to the House Intelligence Committee. Can they be prosecuted under statute 18 US 1001? (Not a lawyer so I may have the wrong statute) Not that this DOJ would ever prosecute a Republican.
