I understand that a lot of folks have been misled by fear-mongering and powerful regressive voices but it’s still astonishing to me that so many have fallen for the idea that oppressively policing other people’s gender identity and expression could in any way be part of an enlightened future.

Absolutely disastrous for any community that does long-format streams like marathons. You can't even have a week of content saved, a la Zeldathon or GDQ or in more recent big Twitch content, Shroud's Fragathon. Communities are going to need to migrate their content away from Twitch.
Twitch is implementing a 100-hour storage limit for Highlights and Uploads starting April 19, 2025.
