Do you hate the new Vaccines and Autism webpage revisions as much as we do? Yes? Great. Some action items:

1. Submit your concerns through CDC INFO: www.cdc.gov/cdc-info/for...
2. (if not a fed employee) Consider adding "vaccines do NOT cause autism" to your signature line 😈
Email CDC-INFO
Users can use this form to direct questions to the CDC.

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

Hours after Border Patrol swept through Charlotte, protesters filled uptown with courage, not fear. They marched peacefully, stood united, and refused to be intimidated.
Charlotte showed up.
And it showed strength.💪

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

On 11 November at 7:30pm, wind generated 22,711MW of electricity to set a new maximum wind generation record. 🥇

At the time, wind was providing 43.6% of Great Britain’s electricity, that’s enough to power over 22 million homes.

It’s telling that the ICE agent arrested in a sex trafficking sting operation thought that informing the police of his day job would get him a get out of jail free card.

The first Bush WH tried to gut wetland protections, but failed because of a major backlash (sparked by the main character of my new book) that included the head of Bush’s EPA. Now Trump’s EPA is trying to gut wetland protections and it’s barely news.

This story stemmed from this question: what will be the human toll of Trump's climate rollbacks?

Turns there is emissions modeling that can help provide an estimate.

Using modeling from @rhg.com we estimated the additional death toll as high as 1.3 million

www.propublica.org/article/trum...
Trump’s Anti-Green Agenda Could Lead to 1.3 Million More Climate Deaths. The Poorest Countries Will Be Impacted Most.
Most of the people expected to suffer these temperature-related deaths live in poor countries in Africa and South Asia that are least prepared to cope with the increasing heat from climate change.

Just to clarify:
1. Biden/Dems couldn’t release the Epstein files because (DOJ/FBI/CIA) they ASSEMBLED them IN AN INVESTIGATION and that wasn’t complete until
2. Trump/Bondi DOJ closed the investigation in June of 2025 saying it was a nothing burger and only 1 person (G. Maxwell) would be charged.

Notable that the two reporters who dared to ask real questions on AF1 and at the WH murder presser are women.

It’s always the women.

I don't know why the "Piggy" thing is bothering me so much. It's one more unforgivable thing in a list of 20,000 unforgivable things, but I've been mad about it for like 12 straight hours.

Just wondering what would happen if all the gov employees and essential workers just decided they were going to continue the shut down that Dems fucked away.

Nearly all of us will be disabled, temporarily or permanently, or be affected personally by the disability of a loved one at some point in our lives. Disability rights are foundational to our social contract and we must begin to hold them at the center of policy.
